How long does the program last?
The program runs until we have 100 founding customers and have gathered enough feedback to refine the product. We'll give at least 30 days notice before the program ends.
What if I don't want to continue after the program?
No obligation. Cancel anytime, no questions asked. You'll have been able to use the full platform at no cost.

What are application fees?
When you accept payments through Billbora using Stripe, we charge a small platform fee on each transaction. This is separate from Stripe's processing fees. During the founding program, this fee is waived. After the program, it depends on your plan: 1% for Starter, 0.5% for Growth, 0% for Premium.
